Can I bring items into the festival?

For security purposes, we enforce a clear bag policy.​ Each attendee is allowed one unopened water bottle.
Bags will be subject to inspection upon entry. Chairs are allowed for your comfort during the event. Please leash and cleanup after your dog. VA IrishFest is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please check with the Customer Service tent to see if an item has been returned. There is no ATM machine on site.

Is there parking?

There is lots of FREE parking around the festival area and in One Loudoun. Look for the security guides to help you get to the perfect parking spot. Please be aware there is NO OVERNIGHT parking on the grass lots.

Take the Metro Silver Line. 

Just 12 minutes away from VA IrishFest is the ASHBURN METRO STATION: 43624 Croson Lane, Ashburn, VA 20148

What is the age minimum for this event?
There is no age minimum! All are welcome. Kids under 12 years are free to enter. You must be 21+ to enter the VIP areas.

Do you have a hotel block so I can make a weekend of this?
We do!​ The Tru by Hilton is our Host Hotel and are right outside the festival! They've put together a great package for us!

What is the REFUND POLICY?

The ticket agency and charity have a strict No Refund policy (all sales are final) - however you can sell or transfer ticket(s) to someone else. If you would like to transfer your ticket(s) to someone else, or change the name(s) on your ticket(s) you may do so on the eventbrite site.

VERY IMPORTANT:
You must be present with your ID and ticket. You may NOT check-in someone else for this event.
